Stayed at this hotel many times in past 5 years. Location is next to where I teach and conduct training events. It has always been consistent, the breakfast and happy hour have the best food--all organic and fresh. Sad when I am not able to book a date with them, expecially weekend of March 9 and 10th.

The location was convenient to family we were visiting with easy access to the highway. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. The lush vegetation was a nice contrast to other stark hotels where we have stayed. The staff was friendly.

Provided the basics. Bring your own conditioner and lotion.

Breakfast and breakfast staff. Bed was comfortable.

Needed better tv for Thanksgiving weekend games

All of the green energy things you have used. The food was a great selection, both at breakfast and the Happy hour.

Had trouble reading, maybe a floor/torch type lamp that reflects onto the ceiling that would give more light to the living area.

I liked the breakfast buffet and the fact that it was organic..I Liked the division of the bedroom and the living/kitchen. I liked the landscaping and the privacy of the rooms. We may have tried the pool but the weather did not agree with us. The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast hostess was a delight to talk with.

My biggest complaint was that the carpet was in desperate need of a cleaning or being replaced. That really is my only complaint. I think they were redoing some of the rooms so maybe they hadn't got to ours yet.

I purchased a weekend package from Booked.net and it was very affordable. The room was great, the two bedroom setup was great. Had lots of room. It was like a mini condo. A place that I would definitely stay in the future

Habitat Suites need some updating. The furniture and appliances are from 1980's, but it has it's own charm and it is very clean. Great value for the money.

Everything! Have stayed there twice already. I especially love their delicious, healthy breakfast buffet :o)

Loud workers in the morning, weed-eating, blowing, ect

Exceptionally pleasant style of buildings, close to highway but far enough away to be very quiet indeed, attractive landscaping and pool, generous and varied breakfast and happy hour, just what I needed.

We like the privacy of having our own private apartment-type room. We also like the parking just outside the door of many of the rooms. My husband is handicapped and this makes it very easy for us to park. And the breakfast is absolutely wonderful! Such nice people and beautiful grounds. It's close to I-35 so it's convenient to many places.

One of us fell on the trip and skinned her knee. At the front desk they didn't have any sort of first aid kit. I think that should be necessary with a pool.

The design & the breakfast set-up

I asked for a quiet room and the 1st room I was given smelled like some chemical, so I requested another room. I liked the room, but when I went to bed I could hear traffic which I cannot stand to hear when I am attempting to sleep---that was my one complaint.

The seclusion, the completely equipped kitchen that allowed me to eat on my schedule. the great breakfasts, happy hour, the well-manecured grounds. The knowegable, well mannered English-speaking staff.

It is hard to find for someone unaccustomed to Austin. Could there be a sign and arrow somewhere on Airport Blvd?

Very good experience, staff was friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding, serving area was clean and open. Cost for value was very good.

Furniture in living room showing some wear, the TV’s in the room were ridiculous. For an Eco-friendly hotel you would think newer TV’s that are much more energy efficient would be a given.
