  Most of the staff friendly, excellent food.

  This hotel does not carry 4 star rating like any other Italian 4 star hotel and water pressure in shower is very weak.

  Room view – excellent view towards other people’s laundry, clean, luxury hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was clean and modern looking, restaurant was wonderful lovely buffet breakfast.
