The hotel was in a marvellous location not far from numerous shops and cafes as well as Fuenlabrada, a near city to Madrid. It also was on outskirts.

I recently stayed at H2 for a business trip to Madrid. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and good value for money. The location was convenient for the IFEMA exhibit venue and Warner Park. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and a large bathroom with an overhead shower. The daily supply of bottled water was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet, and I appreciated being able to open the windows. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Madrid in the future.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Cleanliness of the room

We booked half board and the service was appauling. They only had 1 member of staff on and our son did not get his meal until about an hour after we had finished our meal, despite us keep asking about 4 times. We was also never offered dessert although we had booked half board. The whole meal took about 3 hours for 2 courses. We would definately not stay here again !!

Difficulty in getting a completely smoke-free room, they must start offering rooms that have never been smoked in............the smell lasts for a long time!

The location is particularly good and great and the staff are very-very nice. Next to a motorway, you can easily travel around Fuenlabrada.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel and will be returning here soon. It was clean and the staff were polite, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Great location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Moreover, it was 4 km from Iglesia San Juan de Dios. Stayed in new-fashioned double room with windows on the freeway.

The bathroom was dirty.

The stay for a night certainly was good value. Everything was excellent, loved our fine stay. The room itself was reasonably spacious with big shower and windows on the freeway provided. The location was good and marvellous, the staff were very nice! The hotel was set in an industrialised area. Being next to a motorway was a bonus.

This hotel offers excellent quality/price, spotlessly clean rooms, large and pleasant showers, comfortable beds, complimentary water, and a good breakfast buffet. The staff is wonderful and the hotel provides free parking. We will definitely return.

Easily accessible by car.

Breakfast only from 8:00. Too much noise from other guests talking in the corridors. The acoustic insulation between the rooms was sufficient though.

Budget, but OK for the price. Breakfast not included, but a good buffet available at €5.95. Free garage parking included. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not close to public transport. This is for people travelling own means of transport.

We had a comfortable stay at a decent hotel on the outskirts of Madrid. The room was clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom and a great shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel provided parking for free. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and I found the amenities to be excellent. The 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers, and helpful staff made my work experience seamless. The bar and coffee shop were also convenient for networking and casual meetings.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room. It would have been helpful to have a private space for presentations and discussions with clients.
