Magnificent central location, close to all the central restaurants and bars and great restaurants. The modern and nicely furnished room on lower floors.

Our room was new-fashioned, spotless with satellite television, climate control and an individual safe, had an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and super-friendly, the beds were very comfy. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and bars and the malecón and the historic center and a good area near the main calle & plaza.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a nice terrace and jacuzzi. The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city center and close to the Main Square/Cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided were of high quality, including free tea and coffee, functional wi-fi, and a great shower with good water pressure.

We did notice some noise from other guests during our stay, which made it difficult to enjoy a quiet evening outdoors. Additionally, the owners were not very present and the staff at the front desk did not give us much attention.

Pleasant hotel, super base for 4 nights in Campeche. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Amicable staff members, reasonably spacious rooms with faux windows, balcony and a chair bed. Nice pool, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. All in all great setting adjacent to all the central restaurants and bars, and the the center of Campeche.

The hotel also had great water pressure, a nice pool, and a lovely deck area with seating.

The hotel's proximity to the vibrant city center allows guests to easily explore the historic sites and immerse themselves in the local culture. the hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms with good quality bedding and towels, ensuring a restful stay. Guests can also enjoy a hot shower with ample hot water supply, and the air conditioning in the rooms ensures a comfortable temperature.

One downside mentioned by guests is the lack of windows in some of the rooms, which may result in a lack of natural light and fresh air in the accommodations.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to relax. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. The location in the center of town was perfect for exploring.

The location was fantastic, right in the center of town, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They organized a tour with an English speaking guide who was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. They also provided bottles of water in the room, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. the room was a good size, and there was an iron and ironing board provided, which was convenient.

One minor issue we had was with the shower temperature control. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature, and it took some trial and error.
