H10 Tenerife Playa

We stopped for 28day at this hotel and would return the room are not small or dirty as people are saying the towels are changed every day if you put them in the bath and the bedding every 3 days.

Just enough room to walk round the bed and that’s about it.

The only problem was that were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and we were in a room with twin beds instead of adouble as asked for when made booking.

THE BAD) Our room was small and only just fit the 3 beds in for me hubby and little boy.

There was a drain smell in our room all holiday coming from the bathroom.

It is very clean and first class servise from all the staff and the choice of food in the dining room is beyond believe from champayne with breakfast an excellent cafe bar by the pool and a first class meal at night.

If you paid for breakfast, and dinner everyday at a local restaurant and could eat as much a you wanted you would pay for food more than you would pay for the entire holiday at the H10 hotel.

No smoking in restaurant, bar, or entertainment rooms.

The food is buffet style both for breakfast and evening meal and there is PLENTY of choice salads, 3 soups, fish, turkey, chicken pork, beef, Spanish omelettes, and veg and special diets also catered for i.

There were grill stations with meat and fish dishes freshly cooked each evening and omelettes, fried eggs, bacon, etc at breakfast time.

Staff were very friendly most of the time as the men at the reception were sometimes moody.

The reception staff that greeted us were brilliant and spoke excellent English.

All areas were spotless, staff very efficient, except the reception chaps who were extremely miserable and offhand.

Reception staff in this Hotel are hit and miss, some speak good English (mostly the ladies), some speak none.

V, Internet (1E = 10 mins) and vending machines; secure luggage room for when you check out; a bar; clean & tidy pool area including Jacuzzi and snack bar; a nudist sun lounging area on the roof and various other facilities.

Pool area is well-maintained with a lifeguard.

The pool guy goes out of his way to accommodate you and, guess what?

The hotel was lovely, very clean and the rooms were great to to.

I agree about the rooms not being exceptional but always found them clean with no smells I.

The rooms are clean and comfortable although if you are at the front of the Hotel there is noise about 2 A M from the disco turning out made mainly by the English BUT that is not the Hotels fault.

The rooms were nice and clean, food good and the drinks were average priced.

The rooms are very spacious and also spotlessly clean.
