Everything was brand-new, had a nice stay for 21 nights. I ate at an excellent restaurant for buffet food.- I really enjoyed its view over the side sea.- The room was impeccably clean, the location was amazing central.I highly recommend this hotel as it met all my needs perfectly. The accommodation was fresh and modern, making my 21-night stay enjoyable. The buffet at the restaurant was fantastic, and the views of the sea were stunning. the room was spotless, and the hotel's central location was superb.

Stayed here for 11 nights and loved my choice. The location was magnificent, the room was newly renovated and compact. Besides, this hotel was located 1 km away from Plaza Charco. They recommended a panoramic restaurant for buffet food. I booked it many times and strongly recommend.

The food provided was OUTSTANDING! The location was great and beautiful as for me, right by restaurants and bars and the main square and the lovely harbour and the beach and the beautiful centre of playa de la Cruz.

This was a really lovely stay at this hotel-amazing value for money. I enjoyed my room, it was compact & recently renovated. Attentive and helpful staff was available all the time.

The staff here are really helpful, the breakfast is great, and the place is kept clean, it's conveniently located near a man-made lagoon.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a perfect location with a stunning view from the balcony. The room was exactly as we booked and the hotel was clean with a great pool area. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed real espresso.

Location of the hotel is super.

Loading and unloading the suitcases on arrival and departure is difficult if you are by car. There is no parking space at the hotel to park your car for a while. At the supermarket close by there is an opportunity to park the car for a longer period of time for a fee and for example to buy a weekly ticket.

The location was fine!

No parking in the vicinity of the hotel (we had to rent a parking place for a month for our three weeks) 15 min. from our hotel, the hotel is in need of renovation, but the rooms are in order, as well as the dining room.

Reasonable and sensational breakfast with real espresso, with perfect food. Brilliant location next to centre of Puerto de la Cruz.

It was in a central location, to the botanical gardens. At the restaurant, the breakfast was very very good and reasonable with real espresso.
