Small hotel, excellent manager, brand new furniture, top value for money in its category and overall very comfortable. Perfect position close to urban transport (bus/metro) and in a good part of the city. Rooms not large but with all the necessary space and facilities, including free tea/coffee making set and minibar at honest (!!!!) prices. Windows on internal yard so little traffic noise. Excellent Internet connection, at no charge. Although not a luxury one, an hotel as all should be. Will go again. If you go there, ask the manager the directions for the nearby fish restaurant, one of the best in Naples at very reasonable prices. Italiani, andateci. Not a negative note, just a warning. The hotel is so new that there is still no sign outside. I had no problem as the manager rang me in advance, but if you did not give a mobile phone number on the booking, the hotel is at no. 11, enter in the central yard then go right and take the lift on the left stairs to the 2nd floor.

Spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and modern decor. Great location near the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything positive about the hotel. Excellent location, perfect if u need to go to the US Consulate (5 min. walking far). Rooms very cleaned and nice furnished, personal very kind. Maybe is a bit expensive for what you get but definitely positive response. I will surely go back next time I need to go to the US Consulate in Naples.

Very bad customer service, bathrooms desperate toilet seat was broken and the shower had no curtain or screen, so you think that was the bathroom after we took a bath and my two children. Breakfast was very poor, coffee and a croissant and toast, and nutella, and only a glass of juice for everyone. After 20 hours doorman went and you have the key of Portuna building, and after 22 hours of leaving the staff that is the only lady who received us and no longer have to turn to for anything.

This hotel features an excellent location on the waterfront, offering stunning views of the sea and the Bay of Naples. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and well decorated, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. The breakfast is served in the room and includes freshly baked croissants and biscuits. there are several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Some guests have reported issues with the shower enclosure being small and not draining properly.

The hotel is new, thats a great advantage. The room was nicely furnished and very tidy. The receptionist was really nice and friendly lady. Only positive feedback.

The bathroom was not very comfortable, as when you take shower, water spills all over.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a lovely place right in front of the seashore. The attention to detail in the rooms with their retro-modern decor was impressive. I especially loved the freshly baked croissants served at breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a lovely stay. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. They had recently been remodeled in a modern style with a retro-modern decor, and they were absolutely stunning. Lastly, the breakfast that was provided was top-notch. The freshly baked croissants were a highlight of my mornings. I highly recommend this hotel for its great prices, stylish rooms, and delicious breakfast.
