Equipments were great (indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, spa...), the view from our room was unbelievable and service was very kind. Nice balcony on every room.

I did not like reception work, they did not give information about hotel about sauna center, spa center, transport to ski, time of breakfast, ski room and so on. There are no info in the room about anything, even no reception telefon number, so I had to go to reception asking all th things. Also balcony was dirty during staing after previos guests- bottles, sigarettes were there.

The car was included in the rate when we booked and we got piced up at munich airport and driven to the car. The breakfast was great, we had prosecco every morning and went for 2 spa treatments which were very nice. the staff were generally nice. sometimes at breakfast we were made felt like as we are asking to much when were wanted to sit outside and not on our designated table inside .

The location was convenient for public transportation, with frequent bus stops nearby and a shuttle provided in the morning.

The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was not ideal for taller guests. The noise from the nearby road was occasionally bothersome, especially during times when we were hoping to relax in the pool area.
