Liked its good and excellent staff.

The accommodation was comfortable, pool was great, beds were comfortable. Got clean room with magnificent views and an iron, multi-channel television, and a study table. Its location was perfect, on business at the Conference Centre.

the room was good and cosy with safe, a refrigerator, for example, had a good night's sleep. the staff was lovely when needed.

Some people working there were dull.

Great location, close to train station and city center. Swimming pool and spa facilities available. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and English-speaking staff. Restaurants and shops nearby. Well-kept grounds.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The services at the Cafe is quite nice, the food is ok except that the menu have little change during the whole week I stay there.

The problem with the air-conditioning /heater, and the cleanliness of the floor carpet

We had a room on the wrong side of the hotel as the airconditioning was not working we had the window open. It's so close to the railway that we woke up several times because of big heavy trains passing. Advice: book a room on the other side.

The location is excellent and the front desk staff was professional, pleasant and worked hard to take care of our requests.

The breakfast was a real disappointment for the cost - coffee was cold, rolls were stale, sauces had crust on top, eggs were inedible ... The indoor pool was very tiny and the water chilly. Finally, our room had a garlic smell to it that would not ventilate, even with window open.

The location in the center of the city was incredibly convenient, and I could easily walk to all the attractions. The supermarket nearby was a bonus, making it easy to pick up any necessities. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to assist with anything I needed, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The amenities in the room were excellent, with a comfortable bed and a sitting area to relax in. The added touch of free toiletries was much appreciated. The hotel also had an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were great for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The only downside I found was that the hotel's heating and ventilation systems could be quite noisy in some rooms. However, this was easily resolved by asking for a room at the front of the property, which was extremely comfortable and quiet.

We stayed in Tuscany which was beautiful. I had no idea of the individual style of the rooms so was pleasantly surprised.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a comfortable room, clean and spacious, and a super cozy bed. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and within walking distance of the university, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour reception was convenient for our early check out. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with lots of delicious options, including gluten-free rolls and cereal. And we loved the surprise of a beautiful garden area by the pool!

The only breakfast option that could be improved was the variety of hot food items.

Rooms were small enough, and the corridors are in poor condition. They look tatty and badly in need of a lick of paint and new carpeting

You had to pay for Wifi, for 1 day ended up paying almost 40 euros. Unacceptable. This overshadowed everything else I am afraid.
