Located close to a supermarket and banks, making it easy to find essentials during our stay. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the swimming pool. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The nearby car park caused unpleasant fumes to waft into the restaurant during breakfast time, making it less enjoyable. It was also inconvenient to not have a safe deposit locker in the room and ended up costing us when we misplaced the key to the locker at the reception.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and main shops. I also liked that there was a supermarket nearby, making it convenient to grab any essentials I needed. The service at this hotel was exceptional. They even called me when my room was ready, which was before the official check-in time. The team here really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, comfy, and had a great view of the pool. After a long day exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it had a warm and relaxing pool, a helpful and pleasant staff, and was conveniently located near lots of restaurants and a Tesco Lotus. Cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were well maintained.

Liked the modern design and clean rooms. The pool and coffee shop were also enjoyable spots. The hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket and the beach, making it easy to explore the city.
Dislikes the unacceptably rude staff and lack of safety measures. The hotel did not have a safe deposit locker in the room and the only option was the one at the reception, which resulted in accidental loss and an outrageous fee.

This hotel is conveniently located close to a bus station and not too far from the beach area in North Pattaya. It's also easy to get to other places we wanted to visit. The staff is helpful and the pool is clean. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi is good. With a choice of restaurants nearby, we had a great dining experience. The hot pot in the room was a nice touch, too.
The breakfast could have been better.
