For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room at Hotel Guillem & Spa. The location was perfect, away from the busy tourist area, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

Great location, 10 min walk to Funicamp for skiing. Spacious, clean room with comfy beds. Fantastic breakfast with variety of options. Easy parking access with hotel elevator. Strongly recommended.

Travelling with two Celiacs makes things complicated at breakfast and dinner time. The exception is the Guillem, the personal took great care of providing products without gluten and prepare meals adapted. We thank them for it. The rooms were large, nice bathroom and the facilities good. We will book there often and recommend it to all.

Great staff, very helpful, very clean

The noise insulation in the bathroom could be better. You could hear every shower of the neighboors.

I recently stayed at Guillem & Spa for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy with a beautiful city view. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby that took me to the funiculer and Andorra-la-vella. I also appreciated the discounted ski/snowboard rental available at the hotel. I had a comfortable stay with great service and enjoyed the hotel's convenient amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely mountain view from our room at Hotel Guillem & Spa. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The pool area was great for relaxation, and the sauna was a nice touch. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were polite, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Everything is what you expect from a 4*.

The lounge bar could have more luxurious seating instead of cafe like tables and chairs and children should not be allowed in the bar, there are plenty of other facilities for them.

Nice mountain family hotel. Andorra la vella is not far by car for dinner.

We had a great time at Guillem & Spa! The staff at reception were so helpful and kind, meeting all of our needs. The parking was spacious and accommodated our car with a box installed on top. The swimming pool was delightful, and the surrounding landscapes were beautiful. Even though we didn't have time to try other spa facilities, the dinner was delicious and the waiters were very understanding, especially with our demanding kids. a wonderful experience at Guillem & Spa!

I had an amazing stay at Guillem & Spa. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the main cable car and there was a convenient free bus stop right around the corner. The staff were friendly and fluent in multiple languages, making communication easy. The pool and spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The comfortable room and decent breakfast added to the overall enjoyable experience. The hotel also had private parking, which was a bonus considering the high prices at the public parking lot. The small ski town atmosphere gave it a unique charm.

The worst aspects of my stay were the room and the restaurant. The room was not as clean as I expected and there were some weird smells.
