Interesting refurbished Jugendstil appartment with sufficient equipment, kitchenware and utensils for a bed and breakfast set-up. Sufficient price-quality.

At midnight there was noise from the neighbours

the room was very comfortable for me , quite , most of things were available

there is no Phone in the room and the wireless internet was weak .

It's very convenient and comfortable hotel for the family. We like it.

We really liked the apartment. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were perfectly suited to our needs as a couple having a city break. Location also great, just a short tram ride into the city.

On the down side, we booked the apartment for 4 people but our friends didn't come. If we had been 4 it would have been too small and there would not have been enough plates/knives/forks etc.

The apartment was spacious and charming and I was pleasently surprised with some details (bottle of mineral water and sparkling wine on the table, flowers in the vases...).

The owner was rude and unhelpful. He didn't have the central heating on or show us how it worked. I had asked for two separate beds on the booking form but it was only when we arrived and saw it was a king-size bed he told us he did not do single beds, I asked him about the settee whether it made into a bed, he said no we could not do that as we had only booked for two and that would mean it was for three which I don't understand as the apartment was booked for two single persons, if I had known it meant we both had to sleep in the same bed (we are just friends in our sixties), I would not have booked it. We did however use the settee although there wasn't any extra bedding. Plus the area I felt wasn't a safe place, rather run down and lots of unruly children kicking a broken bottle around. Although the price seemed reasonable for what you got it was not, we just thought getting an apartment would mean more flexibility.

The Hotel is centrally located and easily accessile. Good apartment for family stay. Would like to visit it again

There is only one staff to i.e from cleaner to manager and he was managing all affairs with single hand.

Well run spacious apartments not far away from the city centre - perfectly suitable for explorers! Real fresh flowers in rooms and careful owner!

its a bit out of the centre but there is a S-bahn stopping near the hotel.

It was a very nice stay. The room was very comfortable and friendly host.

Warm welcome from the Owner/Manager. Knowledgable about local area. Short tram ride to restaurants/shops/museums etc.

Very good relation quality/price, hotelier very nice and attentive to the requests. Basic equipment in the kitchen to cook, small but well equiped bathroom, good beds. Very close to the tram, 10mn or less from the center.

Clean, facilities, value for money, quiet, comfort

It's really good value for your money. You get a mini-appartment for 2. When you arrive, a small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates are in the room. Coffee and tea is for free as well. You can cook food in the kitchen and there's a supermarket just around the corner. The tram that takes you straight to the center in about 10 minutes stops in front of the hotel.

LIke I said, it is good value for money. It is an old building and the one thing that I didn't like were the fruitflies that seemed to multiply when you left something out.
