If you're looking for a quiet and comfy place near the sea for your Christmas getaway, this one might be perfect for you. The hotel has a good location close to a grocery shop and walking distance to the beach. You can also easily catch a bus to Budva center every 15 minutes.

The hotel is a bit hard to find as there is no sign to indicate where it is. You have to check-in at a hotel across the road and guide yourself to the guesthouse.

It is a Guest House administrated by the HEC Residence Hotel Milocer, the sheets and the towels was clean and was changed after the 2nd day of staying.

The bathroom and the furniture in the rooms need to be improved.

TV didnt work, doors didnt shut and hence place was insecure. didnt feel comfortable leaving valuables in the room, so locked them in the car. plenty of cheap apartments in the area. wish we hadnt have booked but jsut arrived and looked.

Great location close to the beach and with a beautiful view. The room was also equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle, which was very convenient. The staff was welcoming and helpful, providing good recommendations for nearby grocery shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was not in a good condition with holes in the walls and broken tiles. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was also lacking.

Hard to find - the adress unaccurate; the room facilities are very poor - espcially bathroom. the guesthous is running by one of the hotels in the area and not private. in averall, the staying was unpleasant.

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at: bad location, the room iwas old, noisy, uncortable. The toilette was half distroyed. When I left, I told at the reception that if they had charged me 5 Euros for this room it would be too much. And I mean it. Absolutely not recommendable!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including a fridge in the room and an electric kettle. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a quiet area outside the bustling city center. We were able to walk to the nearby grocery shop and beaches, and the view was breathtaking. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop just a short distance away that had buses running every 15 minutes. It only took us about 20 minutes to reach the city center or the National Park. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed which made us fall asleep instantly.
