Fabulous location, good value for money and staff worked by candle light.

Fabulous location and a perfect place to stay.

The location is very quiet and groves Isle hotel is a beautiful hotel.

The pool area is gorgeous and the location of the hotel is great.

The hotel itself was beautiful, reception staff was very nice and comfortable rooms - best bed I've ever slept on.

Staff is pleasant, rooms have very nice bathrooms and the food is great too - Baleen is expensive.

The bed had the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.

Moreover the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, the next morning a hot buffet breakfast was served and the swimming pool was also beautiful.

Because of the limited rooms, there was no mob at the pool where you compete for towels chairs, and much noise like you will find in some of the big resorts.

The restaurant food is good and american Express offered a great deal on Grove Isle.

The bath products are nice and the breakfast menu is fabulous.

Water temperature were excellent and service was prompt at the poolside bar.

Bar area are good and the hotel itself is very nice.

Bar area are good and hotel maintenance decided to run some kind of equipment.

Furthermore the service wonderful, from check-in to check-out the staff was great and the rooms were very tastefully appointed.

Very well priced for the quality, great staff and the Baleen Room Service we had was simply magnificent.

The service was flawless, the spa employees were great and the rooms were quite large.

The pool area was quiet, the place was beautiful and the staff was very accomodating and attentive.

The jacuzzi heat was turned off yesterday as well, food was decent and fresh, the pool deck had definitely seen better days.

Food was very nice in Baleen, the pool was exquisite.

The island is well lit and the pool area is lovely.

The rooms were spacious & metciulously clean.

Upon first checking in hotel appears nice and the service great. Furthermore huge plasma tv's and free towels. The coffee wonderful.

Tucked away from the busy South Beach scene, the pool bar staff wasn't very attentive.
