The location was convenient for Union Square and the hotel was very well situated for walking to many of the city's highlights.
I liked the kitchenette and the view of the city, nice hotel, good service from reception.
Just a 5 minutes walk from Union sq in a nice quiet area on top of Nob Hill, friendliness of the hotel staff - always willing to assist and you do get ample space in the suites -- a separate bedroom plus a living room.

The location was excellent, hotel staff were awesome and the room was quite big and was good to have a kitchenette. The kitchen was great and that said, the food was fine. The concierge was helpful, the laundary facilities were very nice.
