the hotel is very clean and neat and the staff are friendly and helpful. it's located close to Down by the entrance to the evening entertainment bar - which is convenient. from the provided information - the room cleaning stood out as being very good.

The hotel was great, the room was very nice and clean, the food and beverages were good and there were a lot of things to do, so you could not have get bored.

Me and my friends arrived at the hotel together with a group of 400 students and whenever we requested alcoholic drinks the staff was very rude to us and told us that they have to speak with our teachers. The funny thing was that those students received alcoholic drinks with no problem. But in the end the problem was solved.

Friendly staff, excellent food. Area is near the sites like Nirvana Beach within 15 minutes walk. White Lady is located within 500 feet from the hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Grifid Hotel. The facilities were top-notch, from the pools to the food options. We particularly enjoyed the Bulgarian gala dinner, where the displays of food were truly beautiful. The location of the hotel, close to the beach, was also a big plus. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited amenities and difficulty in making reservations, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms are very nice,clean, whit beutiful furniture. Very good entertainment programns for kids. It`s not far from the beach.

When we arrived they said there is a "litlle problem" and we`ll stay 2 days in a room and then we have to move in another room for the other 5 days of our holiday. Moving from one room to another caused a big discomfort.

The facilities at Aquaclub Grifid Hotel Bolero were fantastic! We loved the water park and the pools.

Loved the pirate ship mini club and activities for kids and teens. Plenty of sports options and 3 bars with free drinks. Quiet location. Amazing wellness centre. A variety of restaurants to choose from.

Who needs to stay together as a family? The rude manager made sure we were seated separately.

All hotel's team try and wants to satisfy ours requirements in order to feel better.

Great pools, attentive lifeguards, clean and abundant sunbeds. Good variety and quality of food. Friendly staff, excellent service. Close to beach and aquapark. Convenient amenities nearby.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I liked the overall atmosphere in the hotel, the staff smiling most of the time, the availability of recreation facilities, the fact that the hotel was not crowded. I also liked the evening bar.

Parking is too expensive (even the outside parking), the room was too cold (I requested and received a fan), the food was good but generally insufficient. I made a reservation @ the Argentinian restaurant, I arrived 20 minutes late (@20:50) and there was basically no meat left. The rest of the food was cold. I was also left with the impression that I should hurry up, as the staff started to arrange the tables for the breakfast around the one where we were eating. All this was on a Sunday evening so it was not the ideal way to end the weekend.

Had an amazing Christmas break! The food was absolutely delicious, lots of options and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The indoor pool was lovely, not too busy and very relaxing. , the location was great - just a short walk to the beach and local shops.

The hotel could improve their taxi service. We found the prices to be quite high in comparison to local taxis.

We loved being close to the beach with easy trolley transportation. The hotel facilities were great, especially the aquapark, and the cleanliness was a big plus. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was enjoyable.
