The hotel offers good accomodation at a fair price.
The tavern fare in the the "Pub" is OK but again with the hotel's voucher is fair value (for Stowe).
The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Stowe and the Von Trapp family Lodge.
The location is good for Stow village as well as the slopes of Mt Mansfield.

Our room had 1 king bed and one double in two rooms (they are open to each other.
The Grey Fox Inn was a good solution for us - the king size bed in our room (Inn Deluxe) was even just about big enough for our two children (aged 9 and 11) to share.
The room was large and comfortable with two queen beds separated by a table, almost like a suite.
We stayed in one of the Mountainview Suites that featured a jacuzzi tub.
We had a great breakfast over 80 pancakes to choose from included with our stay book the mountain view room suites if you can get them.
Restaurant was open for breakfast and we used it every morning for a geat meal that was included in our rate.
We enjoyed an excellent pancake breakfast in the Dutch Pancake Restaurant, and we elected to pre book this thus getting a reduction on the menu prices.
We had breakfast at the restaurant near the lobby.
A great little restaurant with awsome food super service and the jazz and rock D.
The Dutch Pancake breakfast would be pricey but with the hotel's 25% off voucher is good value and the food is excellent.
From the very beginning the front desk staff was helpful answering questions over the phone.

What I can say the inn has a main block which includes rooms, a gym and pool as well as a restaurant.
We returned to a clean room took a suana and a dip in.
Once we were there, our room was quite comfortable and very clean.
