Hope all other hotels take note, the outside of the building is gorgeous very ''grande'' looking and the price you pay for being so central.

Good location, the quality of the hotel was amazing for the price and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, very close to the central bus station and hotel is very well located within easy walking distance of everywhere.

Just right near to the bus stop to Dublin Airport, convenient city centre location make this an excellent location for any stay in Cork City and the staff are friendly.

Near the centre and bus stations is good for the non-car renter.

The Bathroom was enormous with a tub, the bed comfy, the room a bit sparse and small but overall good.

An easter bunny on the bed nice touch, the food is very tasty and i also so found the gym easy to use.

The rooms were very clean and well furnished with towels, toiletries, coffee, pants press, and hair dryer.

The rooms are big, great tapas bar around the corner and the towels are nice.

Furthermore the room was spacious and breakfast was ok had better had worse.

Good bar, excellent breakfast and adequate choice.

Self serve breakfast in lovely dining room, food is good you go down at 11.

Rooms were clean, had a lovely meal in the Riverview Restaurant and the swimming pool was a bonus as well.

Also staff very helpful and friendly, sparkling water, the ground-floor bar serves very good food for most of the day.

Delicious restaurants and facilities at the Gresham Metropole were fantastic.

The lobby is fine, all staff are very welcoming and receptionist extremley good customer care.

A quick drink in the Shelbourne pub across the road led us back to our hostelry and within walking distance to patrick street pool is really nice.

Food was excellent and pool was free was great.

Some of the furniture in the lobby was a bit shabby.

The staff were friendly and my room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, the food was excellent and we hosted a large dinner party for all of our newly found cousins.

    Great Location and the hotel s llocation was very suitable for my stay in cork i found the stsff very helpful. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

    Good location in a fairly interesting street a 5 minute walk from the main shopping area and the best bathroom in any hotel that we have stayed in. Staff are friendly, upon entering your room you notice simple looks and the drinks are great.

    Just right near to the bus stop to Dublin Airport, convenient city centre location make this an excellent location for any stay in Cork City and the staff are friendly. The bathroom is obviously updated recently, the breakfast is very good.
