  The location was fine, we booked this hotel cause was central to everything and the rating was a decent 7, sow we had no worries. The staff were friendly, the room was quiet and clean, one of the mattresses had a huge blood stain on was grose.

  Only location is good and the rates have to be the best in town. The hotel is handy for West End theatre and the British museum, staff is very friendly and efficient. £47 for a room is about the cheapest in central London and the facilities are basic, clean and functional.

  The location is good and this hotel is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The window of our room could not be closed.

  Better camping in Hyde Park, near from Oxford Street and excellent location and the rooms in the back are more quiet than expected. This place, called the gresham, is the perfect example.

  Good location and central London. Clean and nice staff, no pictures, no 'niceties', no comfortable furnishings, nothing. The room size was adequate and and I am not entirely sure whether the sheets were fresh.

  Great location and quite near to Soho. – perhaps – around 20 in various price ranges in London, the pleasantness of the staff varied and i booked a room in the gresham as was cheap.

  Beds, linen and towels clean, well at least the toilet flushed.

  Poor quality noise reduction glazing, the interior is very dated.
