Greenwood Inn & Suites, Edmonton - 埃德蒙顿

Room was quiet, AC worked very well and the location is excellent.

We loved this hotel and thought the location was excellent should you wish to go either downtown or to the West Edmonton Mall.

The king size bed dwarfed the room but was so comfortable to sleep on that I wanted to take it home!

Each room had a computer cable in the desk, a computer connection on the phone, a brand new colour TV and you could even check out using the TV.

Room's beds were very comfy, the Dalton's resturaunt - food was excellent and all of the waitress & waiters were very pleasant.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but it was very small.

The bathroom had a nice hair dryer on the wall, soaps, shower cap, mouthwash, tons of towels and 2-ply kleenex.

The hotel has two restaurants - ABC Restaurant which was more family oriented, a little more relaxed but the food was very good and reasonably priced.

Daltons, the other restaurant, was a little more elegant, actually much more elegant and the food was incredible.

The staff are very slow (both check-in and out), they appear not to care about the guests (tried to convince me the had given me a non-smoking room when it was smoking, swore at a fellow employee, etc.

The lobby was clean, other than that the hotel was very good and the service was great.

Don't get me wrong, the staff was very professional and friendly and the place looked great but I just can't say the money was worth it.

Nice clean lobbies, this hotel was not bad and the staff were efficient and polite.

The pool and Jacuzzi were both small but more than adequate.

Tons of towels sitting right near the pool.

We drove up and there was lots of parking.

This hotel used to be very clean and the rooms are nice.

Updated room, the sauna was wonderful and clean, the food was very good.
