Greenview Hotel

The hotel is located in a perfect location if you are going to enjoy South Beach for it's beaches and retaurants.

The good - great location - steps to Lincoln road and close to the convention centre and beach.

The location is wonderful - you're very close to the beach and to Lincoln shopping district.

The staff was friendly and helpful arranging a taxi to the airport.

There is a bus stop with connecting buses to the airport and malls.

My room, bath, bed, linens and towels were clean.

The lobby looked very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful (you just had to ask and they were more than willing to help) and the room was more than okay to me with a comfortable queensize bed and a tv with quite a lot of channels.

Pros: My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, they fixed my broken hairdryer without fuss, and they provided strong coffee with bagels and danishes in the morning.

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner cooled the room without turning it into a meat locker (although that tempture was an option, if that's your preference), and the TV was laden with cable options.

I was staying on my own but had a double bed, nice sized room, basic decor.

I think it's just the right amount of food to get you started for the day---with the amount of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, I'd say you should save your appetite for lunch and dinner anyway!

It's within walking distance to the beach and to the Lincoln Street Mall which has so many great restaurants and shops!

A block or so from Lincoln Road (where all the restaurants/shops are) and a block or so from the beach.

Only 1/2 block to the great Lincoln Mall area with shops and restaurants and if you want to dip your toes in the sand the beach is about a 10min walk.

The wonderful shops and restaurants on pedestrianised Lincoln Road are 1 min away, the beach itself is 3 mins and the fantastic eateries and art deco hotels on Ocean Drive are 5 mins.

Very nice and helpful front desk staff, found us a great (and reasonably priced) car service to Ft.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the sort of service you only get in small non-branded establishments.

Being able to use the (tiny) fitness facility and pool at the Albion (still undergoing construction!

The parking lot across the street was full, so we parked in the garage which is just one block further for only $8 per day.

There are littlie to no facilities, even the swimming pool available at their sister hotel is not impressive however, in its own dated art decor way, it is cute, welcoming and VERY CLEAN.

Wireless ran fast (I more or less managed Skype using it).

Free wireless internet was also included.

The bathroom though small was clean and tidy.

Our room was perfectly clean and a good size.

The room was clean and had a nice minimalist styling in keeping with Miami trends.

Anyway,the room was small, but very clean and neat.

The bathroom was a bit small--but still fairly clean.
