Quiet location, the Green Park Resort is a very comfortable and the hotel is located 2km south of Tirrenia near to the Port of Livorno.

The location is great too, so close to Pisa and beautiful hill towns of Tuscany.

Further, it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Pisa, so an excellent location to explore Pisa.

5 nights really nice car made the stay better get car from airport as very hard to find anywere else about 20 mins from pisa beach 5mins across road overall great stay but not near town.

The directions they gave us to the airport were not right.

The first time we were in a suite which was even larger with two bathrooms and perfect for families with babies but it did not have 2 separate rooms but the room is huge.

The rooms and suites (we stayed in a juniorsuite with two separate rooms and one large bathroom with a window!

Staff nice and friendly, gorgeous nature, great breakfast , clean and well-decorated rooms and bathrooms.

The brochure claims that the sea is in front of the hotel- well is and the standard room is almost as large as a suite.

The rooms were modern and large, with well equipped bathrooms.

Because we had to leave on a ferry to Sardinia leaving from Livorno at 6am, the staff graciously packed each of us a breakfast/lunch sack to take onto the ferry.

At restaurant which is completely not similar to advertising photos, the food was corresponding.

An extremely nice breakfast and excellent facilities.

The pool area was very nice clean, other nights we dined in one of the beautiful villages we visited now and the breakfast was the BEST we had in Italy our entire stay -- enormous buffet.

Every single employee at the Green Park was exceptional -- from the excellent English speaking front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff.

In addition for that price i would expect better and the reception staff are helpful welcoming.

Service is outstanding, rooms are cleaned twice a day and the staff is helpful, professional and always smiling.

Other nights we dined in one of the beautiful villages we visited now, the pool area was lovely and overall price per head worked out as pretty good value.

    Quiet location and the Green Park Resort is a very comfortable. Food is generally of high quality and for that price i would expect better. The staff is helpful and room facilities are good and spacious. The swimming pool is nice and big.
