The location was perfect, situated in a nice quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the main area.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was exceptional. The exclusive amenities provided fulfilled all our needs. The service was spot on and the Spa centre was a haven of relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were beautifully maintained, all surrounded by a spectacular garden area. The restaurant offered a mouth-watering selection of dishes, including in-room breakfast and packed lunches. The free breakfast was served with delight and the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment in this hotel. While the library and leisure/TV room were available, they were a bit outdated.

Fantastic Service

We had a small issue with the electronics in our room, but the staff at Occidental quickly came to the rescue. Senerath and his colleague Pradeep worked tirelessly to fix the problem, even in the middle of the night. Their dedication and promptness in resolving the issue was truly impressive. We are grateful for their excellent service.

Had a great Christmas experience! Location near cultural sites was perfect. Staff provided special Christmas dinner and entertainment, which was complimentary. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the gardens.

The buffet food was not kept warm enough, but this is typical for buffets. Also, room had a musty odor, but it was addressed by hotel staff.

Spent Christmas at a hotel surrounded by luscious tropical greenery that created a tranquil atmosphere. The buffet at dinner offered a variety of dishes to taste and breakfast had enough options for a satisfying meal. The pool was big enough to swim in and never felt crowded. Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, plus the air conditioning worked well to keep away the heat. , the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions and shops.

The service was mediocre, and some of the staff members were not very attentive or friendly. The lighting system in the room was confusing and made it difficult to move around in the dark.

The massages we received at the Spa were truly relaxing. The garden area and BBQ facilities provided a lovely outdoor setting for dining. The restaurant had an extensive menu with delicious food and the in-room breakfast service added to the luxurious experience. The room advantages were impressive, including our own private facilities.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The entertainment and leisure/TV room lacked variety and could use some updating.
