We had a really really nice stay during extraordinary vacation.

Location: the hotel was really close to several restaurant / bars in the area, easy to centre, and Olympiades metro station. Everything was nice and the staff was incredibly attentive and excellent. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with the laundry, a really comfy bed, as for instance was ready.

the breakfast choices are good. it has helpful and amazingly attentive personnel at reception desk.

Helpful staff at reception desk, a nice size and silent room. Satisfactory options for breakfast with orange juice and fewest items and fresh pastries...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with two subway stations within walking distance. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. Lastly, the room was comfortable and clean, with twin beds and a modern bathroom. Oh, and breakfast was already included, which was a great bonus.

No aspect that could be improved, everything was great!

The location was excellent with easy Metro access to the city centre and major sights, as well as train links to other areas of France. The breakfast was good and staff very friendly. The free toiletries in the bathroom were very nice and the ac was very welcome. Had a nice view of the sky from bed (6th floor).

As indicated in a previous review, the bathroom appeared to be wiped clean and the bath had mould around the edges and handles (easily resolved by a bit of bleach!). Not very pleasant.

CHeck-in staff were very nice, and readily spoke english [which is not alwasy the case in Paris]. The hotel is an a good location, just a few minutes walk from the RER and Metro. Some nice restaurants nearby, with plenty of food choices.

The hotel decor is a bit 'tired'

The bed in the standard room at Green Hotels Confort Paris 13 was big and extremely comfy. I had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed.

The staff was very accommodating and went out of there way to make the stay as good as possible. They are the reason I did'tswitch hotels.

No style- a very plain wrapper hotel. I'm used to staying in really nice hotels and they were outrageously expensive so I tried something else- it was very convenient and the front desk staff were fantastic - the room had a jacuzzi tub and was clean but not spotless- the grout needed to be bleached and the window sills were dusty- the room was decorated in yellows and brown and was not fashionable at all.

The staff were very nice. The hotel is a decent size for a city like Paris. The elevator was spacious and my breakfast was included in the price even though I did not really take it each day. It is not too far from the metro-- although the location was not ideal for me as I was commutting to La Defense every day for work and since all of my coworkers were staying in the 17th district it made it difficult to meet up with everyone in a timely fashion. This is not the fault of the hotel and if I were just staying in Paris for fun I would not have minded at all.

I was frustrated that the internet stopped working after the first day I was there. I was there for six nights and found it frustrating that it was never seemingly resolved. I have no idea if that is because the technician or internet provider could not make it out until later, but it was very frustrating. it meant I could not stay in contact very easily with my family back home and I could not log into my company's VPN to do work. Also, the shower in my room needs to have the head cleaned due to the hard water-- the shower head was leaking and basically had only a few streams of water. This was an annoyance since it impacted water pressure, but was not something that I was frustrated enough that I said anything to the staff.

During my recent stay at Green Hotels Confort Paris 13, I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Metro/RER train station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast at the hotel was well-organized and had a great selection, including delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even arranging parking space for me in another hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the stylish design of the pillows. I had a great time at Green Hotels Confort Paris 13 and would highly recommend it to others.

For Paris, this hotel was very clean, but for Americans, you will find it to be more like a one star compared to hotels state side. Don’t let that detour you. To find a stateside equivalent in France will cost you BIG bucks! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was good and, fyi, it was much cheaper to shop and eat in the hotel area rather than the more touristy areas. Their private parking was good and cheap. Don’t waste your money paying for their breakfast. You can leave the hotel, walk 10 feet in any direction and find a number of bakeries, food shops, and cafes, for a much better dining experience. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The showers were tiny. Ask for a room with a tub/shower. It's much bigger.

The location was perfect for my next journey as I was next to public transporation.

My room (#3) was located on the ground floor. I was not able to get to sleep before 1am and could not sleep after 7am as people frequently opened and closed a nearby door that made a terrible noise and constantly woke me up. Light was flooding the room by passing all around the room's door.

The breakfast was decent with fresh options and hot drinks. The hotel had a great location as it was close to public transportation and easy to get around. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. the bathroom was not very clean with some hair left in the shower and on the sink.

The guys on the desk were so friendly and helpful - it was a pleasure staying in the hotel.The room was clean, warm and comfortable.The free wifi is very important to my working stay.
