Mind-blowing value for money! Super helpful staff, great breakfast, clean rooms with hot showers, and comfortable beds. The hotel exceeded our expectations!

the reception is very unconfortable, and the people are strange. i made a comment that i will need a parking space, but they just ignored that. when we arrived we had to pay 10 eur per day for having the car out ouf the street. we first get room nr. 1 its in the middle of the reception and you hear every noise that the staff is making, even if they just talk. after asking we got another room upstairs which was better. the room was dirty and cold, the bedsheet were very dirty. the hotel is not as close to the center of the city as i thougt. you need to take the tram first and the metro to get to the dome.after all, i would never book this hotel again!

In hotel the careful personnel. It is very convenient that it is possible to book a pizza with delivery in room. There is an Internet, though in number signal very weak.
The parking at hotel is present, but... Whether it is possible to name it a parking. Though, something is better, than anything.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at Greco were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient once we figured out the metro system.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety.

In principle you have a good size room, shower and toilet, recieption, parking for 2 car and breakfast.
But, all those are: parking just at the entrance door, limiting others to pass, bath room need good maintenance, breakfast is just fellow at recieption making croussan in oven and coffee. Very simple, looks cheap, but price is quite high. Location far from centre (6 tram stations + 3 metro stations)

First time travel by car from NL. Needed a room for 5. Greco met our criteria. Access was narrow but owner helped with parking. Staff provided helpful information. Big room for 2 nights. Limited breakfast but filling. Personal attention with only 10 rooms. Given breakfast and water heater for early departure. Staff unblocked car to leave. Easy access to public transportation. Pleasant room temperature and cleanliness.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly. TV had English international news.
The noise level was a bit loud. You could hear people talking and outside noise. A bit further from downtown attractions.

greco is a hidden gem in milan. the staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the manager, michael, is a kind and attentive host, always ensuring our needs were met. the location is convenient, being near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
Noise from outside disturbed our sleep.

Staff was able to speak english (rare fact in Milan)
Quite hard to find it, very poor breakfast and finally the fact that you have to pay 10 Euros to use the aircondition

The location was in a very unsavoury part of the city. The parking we paid for in advance was just the alleyway to the hotel. Breakfast was a packet of dry toast and a croissant. They had very limited hot (warm) drinks and no cold drinks. There is nothing close by, but buses are about a 10 minute walk away. There are a couple of 'restaurants' also about 10-15 minute walk, but not particularly nice places to eat. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Do not be fooled by the photos, it is nothing like them.

Helpful owner provided information on parking, transportation, and nearby amenities. Personal attention due to small number of rooms. Breakfast included and options provided for early departures. Clean bathroom and bedroom conditions. Great location with friendly staff and a delicious kebab place nearby.
Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Milan called Greco and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Michael, was extremely helpful and even assisted me in parking my car inside the hotel premises. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with information about transportation, food options, and supermarkets in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast, although limited, was satisfying. I especially appreciated the extra effort made by Michael to provide us with breakfast and a water heater on our last night, as we had to leave early in the morning. it was a great experience and my family had no complaints.
Everything was great! 😊

Great value for the price, especially for a family of four. The staff at Greco were extremely kind and friendly, providing helpful information and even arranging parking for our car. The personal attention and cozy atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The breakfast selection could be improved, with more variety and options available.
