The location is great and the park is exceptionally clean. This hotel is always wonderful and the indoor lobby is really cool. The staff, waterpark and facilities are amazing, for the price of the rooms, Id have expected better accommodation/service.

The water park was awesome, fireworks every night from Kings Island was a perfect way to end the day and the room was very clean and we enjoyed the seperate sitting area. The lobby was beautiful decor and staff were wonderful. The family suite was comfortable for our family of 4 and the food was good and there was plenty.

At least the towel i used to sop up was dirty anyway, the manager was too busy to see me and the outside pool was closed down for the entire Sat.

For the price of the room, i expected to be able to enjoy a water park, city very friendly and Great Wolfe Lodge incredible experience, the exterior of the hotel is beautiful and very, very clean. The staff is warm and genuinely welcoming, outdoor pool is awesome.

Nice water park and the other big attraction here is MagiQuest. The Place has a great atmosphere and none of the staff is friendly. The rooms are very spacious and really cool, kids meals are reasonable considering the amount of food for the price. The facility is beautiful and clean.

The water park is all indoors and is very very good, the Mason facility is not a carbon copy of the Sandusky site, is nice, the rooms are warm and inviting and the beds are clean and comfortable. The food is great.

Clean rooms, great atmosphere and exceptional Customer Service. Nice bed and pillows, good variety, moderately priced and good food, and the adults loved the hot spa.

No real outdoor water park, the lazy river is rather short.
