Overview

Located 40 minutes from the downtown, the five-star hotel Great Parnassus Resort And Spa features such places of interest as Parque Nacional Isla Contoy and El Mirador/Playa Delfines.

This all-inclusive hotel was renovated in 2006 and is now situated on the 12 floors, facing the beach.

All 408 guestrooms, including deluxe rooms and family suites, come with a stylish tropical décor and all kinds of necessary facilities.

The hotel features 10 restaurants and 11 bars, opened for mail meals, light snacks and drinks.

Moreover the room was nice and spacious and clean, at breakfast there was loads of choice all was delicious, the waiters were lovely.
Our room was cleaned everyday to a high standard and the jacuzzi had seen better days.
The Mexican Show on Sunday night was the best.

Airport Cancun International is in 12.7km

Head north. In 2.7km take the ramp onto Carretera Federal 307/Mexico 307. Continue onto Tulum. Turn right onto Avenue Coba and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Boulevard Kukulkan. Turn left onto Pok-ta-pok and then again left onto Boulevard Kukulkan. Finally take the first left to stay on Boulevard Kukulkan. The hotel will be on the right.

All inclusive, good variety of food and nice spa.

Limited English speaking staff and also, our room was on the Hilton side, and is very loud.

The big pool area was full of kids and the swim up bar there was full of kids, the hotel was lovely. The staff were awesome, rooms were great and service was spectacular in the specialty restaurants.

The view from our ocean front suite was the best and the hotel was very clean the staff were wonderful. Great, friendly service was the exception, the room was great and the food was also very good at the buffet. The bartender at the adult pool was awesome.

The snack place was amazing too and staff were really nice. Our room cleaning was fantastic and drinks were good.

And the service in all food areas was bad, the elevators were slow and sometimes even skipped floors, the pool was freezing cold.

The place was being cleaned all the time and always smelled fresh, the entertainment staff had a lot of energy and were very friendly, room service was free and fast. The food was delicious.

Rather good and varied food, we loved the omelettes and fresh fruit smoothies, clean facility.

The hotel rooms are not quiet at night, also the staff seem to be not happy of working there and because of this not nice at all, we ordered water for our 7 yr old and we didn't have after 15 minutes.

The best station is the vegetarian has varied choice and the beach has a few large rocks at the border of the sand. We liked our room, bunk beds for the kids , we liked the view from our balcony, just returned from my stay at the Great Parnassus Resort and Spa, the staff will do anything to make sure you are happy. Bathrooms are a generous size as well and food is quite good.

The beach was beautiful, the rooms were nice and spacious and we had a lovely sea view was gorgeous, as another reviewer stated the hotel was very hot and humid. The activity staff were excellent, the balcony was great and the Atlantis bar was the part of the resort that was in the best condition. Restaurants were all good enough and the pools were fine.

The beach is beautiful and good central location and you can't beat the price. The hotel is very clean, the interior is like a large ship atrium and friendly staff to serve your family. The rooms are great, service is not slow at all restaurants, just the Mexican and Manhattan, only beer available is Dos Equis. The pools are nice.
