  Beautiful location and absolutely Fantastic Stay. Excellent staff and superb room. Facilities very good.

  Not worth the money and lobby area needs refit and the cocktails very expensive in the bar.

  The location is very convenient for business travellers having meetings in the city, the hotel is now able to offer a cooked breakfast and service has improved. The fantastic facilities available in the room helped everything go on smoothly.

  Very good location, tube on the doorstep, and within walking distance of the city, this hotel is excellent value at the weekends.

  The staff are arrogant, rude, slightly condescending and not helpful, gym is not busy.

  Great views of the tower and bridge, pleasant stay, at the reception we were helped out by efficient porters let our baggage to the concierge. Bathroom was also spotless, facilities were excellent and the staff in the restaurant were outstanding.

  Our room had a great view of the tower and the gherkin, the best hotel I've stayed in during my 50 years visiting London. The staff were pleasant, the bathroom was lovely and spacious also.
