The staff were very kind! Loved a storage, floor to ceiling windows, and an iron in the room. In general the service was exceptional.

Despite a small room with a view of the air conditioning unit, the hotel's great location near the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station made it convenient for exploring the city. The check-in staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing an early check-in. The hotel's indoor pool and spa facilities were a welcome treat after a busy day of sightseeing. The spacious reception area and clean surroundings added to the overall positive experience.

It is in brilliant location to I Eye, set quite a walk from the hotel.
