The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location right on the beach is fantastic, allowing for stunning views from the rooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are well-equipped, featuring comfortable king beds, balconies, and nice flat-screen TVs. Additionally, having three full bathrooms is a convenient feature for larger groups.

Our experience was very positive, with no major issues to mention.

We were on the first floor which looked right over the ocean - fabulous view - nice having two bedrooms and bunk - although the bunk had a full bed - not OK with four teen boys. One ended up on the couch. They allowed us into our room right when we arrived.

Office was only open 9 - 5:30 pm - poor access; minimal dish soap etc.; had to run from one building in our place to office in another building on the first floor not even the ground floor - there was a riot in the parking lot - resulting in car mirrors broken - parking was poor and not explained when we got there. The internet pics were misleading - pool was small - and thought it would be like the Shores of Panama where we stayed last year - they did allow us access to that pool - but was 1/2 mile walk up the beach - will only book at Shores of Panama - never for the money we spend - will pay for Grandview - was old - no rugs on the floors - was continually sandy.

I liked the room we stayed in. enough space and nice rooms and bathrroms. It was clean. And right on the beach.

I DID NOT LIKE the FACT that it says check at 4pm and we arrived there at 5:30pm and the office was closed! Had no way of knowing how to get to our room or even get the room key. Luckily we ran into some nice people who had the same troubles and told us what we had to do. And gave us there code so we could open the doors to go to the closed office for the phone number we needed...Call a number.. blah blah blah... finally got to our room. The parking was a pain... my map (one in my room they left us) said park in the green across the street, so I did, and the next morning I had a note on my car saying I was not parked correctly and if I didnt move my car it would be towed at my expense.. WHAT!!.. I was in green but i should have been in orange because I was East not West! Its the same hotel people.. it should not matter, I was parked in Grandview parking lot!!! And my paper said green!! Need to work on better ways to check your guest in and parking!!

Had an amazing stay with family at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach with stunning views from the balcony. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the ones with king beds. Basic amenities were taken care of, with bunks and three full baths, making our stay even more enjoyable. Service and staff were excellent and the attention to detail was remarkable. Prices were also very reasonable and breakfast was great. We especially loved the pier and restaurants close by.

We loved the spaciousness of the condo, which was perfect for our group. The air conditioning and hot water worked flawlessly, making our stay all the more comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, especially compared to other resorts we've visited. The location was ideal, with easy access down to the beach, which was right on the side of the building.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with bunk beds and a balcony for added convenience. The flat screen TV was a nice touch, providing entertainment after a long day at the beach. Additionally, having three full baths was a great convenience for my group. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Everything was great and there's really nothing that could be improved.

Even though I had some issues with parking at Grandview East, I have to admit that the condo and beach were absolutely amazing. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and felt brand new. The view from the balcony couldn't have been better. The beach was clean and pristine, and we had an incredible time enjoying the sun and surf. I had a fantastic stay at Grandview East and would definitely consider coming back during the off-season when it's less crowded.

A great location on a beautiful beach, with stunning views from many of the rooms. Our three-bedroom two-bath was the perfect size and beautifully decorated. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience of being able to stroll right onto the beach. We also appreciated the short distance to nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to stock up on supplies. There were also umbrellas and chairs provided for free on the beach.

Parking can be challenging at times, with limited spaces available, especially during peak season.

The spacious condo with panoramic views was perfect for our New Year's getaway. The natural light, fresh air and ample space were just what we needed! The location was ideal, close to the beach and also close to shops and restaurants. Plus, the amenities were great, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room for lounging, playing games and watching TV.

The noise level from construction work nearby was a bit disruptive, especially early in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done.

The view from the room was fantastic, we had a clear view of the ocean. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything we needed in walking distance. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which we found to be very useful.

The housekeeping wasn't up to standard, the floors were dirty and there were stains on the carpet. We also found some broken furniture in our room.
