The hotel's breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant area. This city is perfect for those who love nature, located on a hill with beautiful scenery and plenty of outdoor activities.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel in a mountainous area. I loved the cozy pool, surrounded by lots of trees. The restaurant buffet was great, with top-notch variety and quality. It was also conveniently located near the city center, perfect for a ten-minute walk and easy access to the best part of town. Plus, there were many sports facilities and entertainment services to offer, such as a full-size theater where I watched a great Beatles cover concert.
Despite the great aspects, there were a few downsides. The staff at the front desk was incompetent and unable to help us with basic information about the hotel or the area.

The exclusive room advantages include a sun terrace and private facilities. The location advantage is that this hotel is a perfect escape from the busy city life and offers a relaxing atmosphere.
The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas, but the sun loungers made up for it. The service is outstanding, but some staff could benefit from further training in hospitality.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains and trees, the location of this hotel is truly stunning. The all-inclusive package was a great deal, providing delicious meals four times a day. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Though the hotel’s common areas were nicely decorated, some of the guest rooms could use a bit of updating. In our room, the main light fixture had an electrical issue that made a loud buzzing noise when turned on.

The hotel was situated perfectly on a hill with breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent service from the staff. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the outdoor seating made for a wonderful setting. The hotel also had great facilities for kids and outdoor sports.
The hotel did not offer complementary water in the rooms and guests had to pay for a cup of coffee in the lobby area. This made the overall stay feel less luxurious and was a disappointing aspect of the experience.
