Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa has a fantastic beach, paths that go through gorgeous gardens, attractive sculptures, a great spa, and an excellent water park. It's family-friendly and it's recommended that if you want to avoid all the kids here, don't come during school vacations. Some critics feel that this resort isn't as good as it used to be and the service and food need to be improved. The pool is great. The dining has also been criticized for being too expensive.

The four-star Grand Wailea Resort Hotel Spa features comfortable location among beautiful slopes of Haleakala and the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean.

This impressive mansion style beach property offers elegant tropically themed décor and modern amenities.

All spacious 780 guest rooms and suites are completed with coffee making facilities and in-room safe.

There are five dining rooms that serve tasty Hawaiian, American and international cuisines.

The business center includes modern presentation and audio-visual equipment, catering service, internet access and photocopying facilities. The property includes 22 indoor meeting venues and seven outdoor areas accommodating up to 2,500 persons.

The Spa Grande Center features unique wellness area, exclusive Terme hydrotherapy circuit, the fitness room with state-of-the-art cardio-vascular equipment, the giant mosaic Hibiscus Pool with two Jacuzzis, and the Wailea Canyon Activity Pool consisting of nine free-form pools at six levels and few slides.

Moreover no hotel is perfect and the prices are always high.
Restaurants as well, great spa products and we also loaded up on alcoholic beverages.
For this kind of money go to the Four Seasons instead, service is accomodating and rooms are spacious and clean.

This place is great for couples and families, the water is warm and the drink service loungeside is prompt, the pool is fantastic for kids.

The service was great at the hotel and the japenese food restuarant was the best, once our room became available we were also surprised, the spa was absolutely fabulous and I would definitely recommend.

The burgers were good at the pool and the beach is the best, great location, view, and the bathroom is HUGE, the hotel is very large and the landscaping is breathtaking. Lobby are beautiful, the service is just OK and the bed was comfy and the patio is enjoyable to hang out at. The spa is amazing.

Great waterfalls and views, huge hotel. The service was just fine, the employees were very friendly and the bathroom in the room was nice. Lunch at the volcano bar was pretty good and the evening drinks were something much more enjoyable.

The view from the room was just gorgeous, the grounds and hotel were absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and casual. The bathroom had a great shower and tub, service was ok and the buffet items were as well, the adult pool was a bit too quiet for me.

The food was good we never did eat dinner here, the first concierge we contacted was useless.

Our room was beautiful and we had an ocean view, our favorite place to eat cheap was a cafe you could eat a la carte, the staff in the spa and the bell staff were very nice. The bathroom was large and decorated tastefully, the food was great. The dinner was was wonderful and the service was perfect, the pools were also fantastic.

Much better view anyway as the cabanas face the pools, hotel is magnificent and this service at the Grand Wailea is just ok, not bad, not great. The spa and exercise room is rated one of the best in the world, and i agree, tommy Bahama's restaurant is there and is incredible and well priced.

The room was a good size and had a decent sized outdoor balcony area, best Hotel Ive Ever Stayed At, the staff were very professional and courteous. We tried longhi’s and tommy bahama’s for lunch, food was excellent, for me the pool and the beauty made great.
