The beds by the pool were super comfy and the towels were always fresh. The staff were really friendly and there was a great effort made to take care of us. The facilities were good and the Kao bar was a perfect spot for a drink in the early evening. The petting zoo and the little train were nice touches for the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and we had no trouble finding transportation to and from the hotel. The location in Margaritas was perfect, giving us easy access to the beautiful ocean water. During the afternoons and evenings, while our son was sleeping, we would relax by the pool, enjoying the nice ocean views. But by far, the standout feature of this hotel was the food. The all-inclusive offerings were beyond compare. We were blown away by the variety and quality of the meals. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.
