The location of the hotel was perfect, with great food options nearby. The recently refurbished room was nice, and the roof terrace provided a lovely spot to relax during the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace when we arrived early. The breakfast itself was one of the best we had during our entire trip. The hotel felt safe, clean, and tidy.

The level of English spoken by the staff was low, which was a common issue throughout Myanmar. This made communication challenging at times.
