The shuttle pick us up from the airport (free), and we took a taxi back to the airport because the shuttle comes every hour and we need to be there earlier.

Starting with the driver at the airport which he was among the throngs of people.

We were upgraded to a suite: great size room 'though the carpet was dirty and the door to the bathroom was stuck.

From the unbeatable breakfast buffet, to the beautiful marble bathrooms, to the gorgeous swimming pool and hot tubs, to the modern gym facilities, everything is perfectly appointed.

The room were awesome, comfortable and the food was excellent.

Some of the front desk staff were very nice, all that includes The executive suite worked best for us and the restaurant was pretty good.

The housekeeping staff and some of the front desk staff were very nice.

However, the front desk staff were not that friendly, and two messages my husband left for me from the United States while we were there did not end up ever getting through to the voice mail.

Another bonus is the indoor pool (which is part of a gym / spa) which was convenient given the everyday afternoon rain we encountered.
