Good location in istanbul, the position of the hotel is great for city break and the staff are neither helpful nor rude.
Also istanbul is a large, the staff is extremely helpful and design of the rooms is amazing as well.
Well located near the Taksim square, of good quality and most of all I liked the attitude of personnel.

The location is very near to the heart of the city, the hotel is right off Taksim Square and staff of restaurant are very good.

Concierge service is poor and must be considered as non existent, no balconies available in there rooms and the least complementary items like dentist kit and water.

The view after changing rooms was amazing and the hotel was clean. The lıghtıng ıs subtle effıcıent and the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was very good and + for the personel working there.
