We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious rooms that had excellent decor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool set in a stunning tropical garden. The staff was super-friendly and always willing to help, even accommodating our daughter's needs by providing a wheelchair. The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to all tastes. We also appreciated the hotel's transportation options, with tuk-tuks and a shuttle bus available to take us to the vibrant Old Market area and Pub Street. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the city and try authentic Cambodian cuisine at a nearby restaurant, where we enjoyed one of the chef's recommended dishes, which was absolutely amazing.
Nothing bad to say.

It was located in a peaceful area, close to the temples and not too far from the nightlife on pub street. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all amenities provided. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious food. The pools were amazing, especially the infinity pool at dusk. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
The meal and drink prices were a bit high compared to local prices and currency.

Luxurious hideaway with exclusive amenities and excellent service. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sauna, and the relaxing Jacuzzi. The library was well-stocked and perfect for a quiet afternoon. The restaurant served delicious food, with a continental breakfast that had plenty of options. The bar/lounge area was a favorite spot for cocktails, and the outdoor dining area provided a lovely atmosphere. The private facilities were top-notch, and the location advantages made exploring the area convenient.
The only minor issue we encountered was a slightly slow response time from some of the staff. However, they made up for it with their friendliness and willingness to help.

We stayed at a hotel over Christmas and the two complimentary drink vouchers and welcome fruit platter were a nice touch. The location was also great, as it was only a short ride on the tuk-tuk to the town center. Another advantage was the spacious room that was perfect for a family getaway.
The downsides outweighed the positives. The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. , the location was perfect, close to the main attractions. The breakfast was quite good, with a lot of options. It was also convenient that they offered a shuttle service to the city center.
The staff was unresponsive and not very friendly, which made the overall experience very impersonal. The swimming pool was dirty and the sauna was not working properly.
