Despite room issues, enjoyed the lively atmosphere and variety of activities at Grand Sierra Resort. The pool area was a highlight, especially the 21 and up section. Signing up for a players card offered great incentives, though room cleanliness and service need improvement.

The Grand Sierra Resort And Casino in Reno provided a comfortable and spacious room for my family, offering a variety of dining options and convenient amenities such as a free airport shuttle. The newly renovated hotel exuded elegance, and although some services were limited during the week, I look forward to returning in the summer. The relaxation facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, enhanced our stay, while nearby landmarks like The Rock Park and The Grand Theatre allowed for memorable family outings.

Watched my favorite football teams on a massive screen, enjoyed classic American diner food, and relaxed by the pool. Holidays were fun with loved ones. The spacious suite was perfect for my business needs. Had a great time at the swanky casino bar, and the RV park was convenient. The queen hotel room was comfortable. The resort offers a variety of activities. The lounge was classy and relaxing. The hot tubs were a highlight. The mobile sports app was handy for betting. a pleasant stay with plenty to do. Stunningly beautiful hotel in every way with welcoming staff with the customer service of the casino staff.

The hotel was wonderful and clean, its location was ideal to the event I wanted to see, impeccable service. The room was stocked with 2 queen beds and an awesome view, for instance, the staff were extremely accommodating and amazingly kind, did everything. The breakfast at the café was absolutely excellent.

My room was absolutely gorgeous, with a living area and an iron.

There were too big beds in our room.

It is centrally situated so close to the arcade and bowling alley, $ 1500 in the casino and two restaurants.

The property was clean, the room was good-sized and recently refurbished. The room was updated and very clean and available with 2 queen beds. The hotel had great location close enough to "Hot August Nights " car show, other areas and the many other attractions. Actually everything was exceptional, my next choice again in Reno.

The variety of casino games, including over 1,200 slot and video poker machines, and 47 table games, ensured there was something for everyone. Making wagers on the William Hill Mobile Sports app was convenient and exciting, especially with the option for In-Play wagers on select football, basketball, baseball, and soccer matches from anywhere in Nevada.

My children wished for a dedicated play area for kids within the casino.

The hotel's setting was central and the staff were honest and courteous people from the Valet to the housekeepers.

The bathroom I had was not clean.

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Reno, had much fun and met always accommodating staff from the Valet to the housekeepers. Our breakfasts were awesome and amazing at the Grand Cafe.

Facilities were overall nice, but Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The Pool at GSR is a lavish oasis, offering a resort-sized pool, adult-only infinity deck, hot tubs, fire-pits. It was like finding an unexpected treasure in the desert – a place to escape the scorching heat and unwind in total luxury.
