  Location and staff were nice, Dollywood was only just a short drive away, for the price we paid to stay there. In the lobby was the most amazing waterfall i have ever seen and service was prompt. Heat did work well and the meals were pretty good. Seafood was supposed to be available, the pool was clean.

  Staff were friendly and over all the room was clean. The swimming pool was huge.

  The reception area was dirty, hotel manger was rude rude rude and the sofas in the lobby were old and had holes. The elevator was nasty and the toilets were tiny. Breakfast buffet was not free, the receptionist was either on drugs or stupid.
