Incredible views of the towering mountain peaks and easily accessible hiking trails nearby made for a memorable and scenic stay. The breakfast spread was impressive and provided a great start to the day. the hotel's spacious and well-lit guest rooms were a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring.
The decor and furnishings were somewhat outdated and could use a refresh. the shuttle service to and from the airport was inconsistent and often resulted in long wait times.

The hotel's facilities were superb, with a great indoor pool and spa. It was also in a prime location, with the train station just across the street. The buffet breakfast was magnificent and the staff were extremely attentive.
The furniture could use an update and the rooms were a bit outdated. it was a good stay and worth it for the great location and excellent spa facilities.

We liked the free apples in the reception and the staff were very nice and helpful. Each floor has a different design for the rooms and the classification in the website is not accurate, as Ive chosen the junior suit and they gave me the panoramic view and told me its all junior suits ! , anyway they changed my room yet it is still not the one on the web site . Anyways in general the rooms are acceptable , the location is great but it is not in Interlakin the city , it is about 30 minutes away by car or even by train .
We came during septemper , the weather was nice but I guess during summer time you wud like some air conditioning . And there are some sandflys around the windows but not very annoying .

The Grand Hotel was a superior old world charming hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff will do anything possible to make one's stay enjoyable.The staff were friendly, polite, helpful and above all professional.We would love to return to this hotel.

An excellent hotel where the staff were polite and catered to every request.
They could have varied the breakfast menu. We stayed 4 days and the menu was the same everyday.They could also have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Fantastic dinners in the restaurant. Amazing high quality gourmet food. Excellent wellness centre, with many types of sauna. Excellent masseuse. Big and spacious double room with good views. Easy access to train station, bus station and other shops in the city centre and to many hiking trails.
Room was a bit warm. A thinner summer duvet would have been nice or a thin sheet.
