    Needed a hotel and it fit the price considering the area is in a boom and the hotels are gouging!

    I love the location of this hotel, right beside the mall, and its very easy to find.

    Central location, the hotel staff have always been helpful and courteous, the lobby is huge.

    Large conference rooms, the breakfast buffet in the morning was delightful.

    They needed at least one more good lamp in the room, the restaurant staff were very courteous and polite.

    The staff looked after me very well and rooms are large.

    With the oil & gas industry booming, it's often hard to find a hotel room in Grande Prairie.

    If you've ever tried taking the stairs up to your room you will feel like you've been transported to some rough back alley in the ghetto.

    It has a restaurant,(which is actually pretty good) pool, and also a hair salon.

    Hotel room was nice, price was a little high and all the front desk staff were great.

    I stay here on my business trips, and though have had problems with the wireless internet in the past,and sometimes the TV's can be a little small, but the as the other review said, the staff services is wonderful.

    The hotel staff have always been helpful and courteous.

    If you are looking for great service, a smile and comfort this is the hotel to stay at.

    Good value for money in Grande Prairie and all in all well worth the price.

    The cafe and lobby have been renovated and looks wonderful.

    Also, to adress the concerns some others, the elevators have also been replaced.

    Front desk was polite, the room was clean and comfortable.

    The rooms are not bad and are kept pretty clean, so I was content to stay there on more than one occasion.

      Hotel room was nice, price was a little high and all the front desk staff were great. In addition beds were awesome.
