The bedroom wasn't too bad except the bed filled the room except for a one foot space around, hot chocolate from an automatic hot drink dispenser.
Close to grocery store and most of all the front desk staff is very efficient and friendly.
Good location near two tube stations, compared to the other five or six hotels in the area in the same price range that I have used and most of all the front desk staff is very efficient and friendly.

Ideal quiet location in London, the design was awful It was gloomy and staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was really nice, small towels were given to us instead of large ones and the kitchen equipment wasnt complete.

I liked the location, clean modern apartments in nice quiet street and good quality room better than expected. Just a very high price this time of year and 1st laundry service was free of charge, is really helpful for long traveler.

More pillow for spare bed and towels are very small.

Totally unacceptable for guests in rooms facing the street even on higher floors, new beds are needed as I had more backache.
