The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was mind-blowing with a wide variety of options, the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The spa facilities were jaw-dropping, with a large indoor pool and multiple saunas. The location was perfect for skiing and the hotel offered free daily sports activities. Definitely a top choice for a mountain getaway!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel facilities were outstanding including a good indoor swimming pool, sauna area, and 2-3 sport activities every day. We also loved the easy access via ski lifts to the mountains. Furthermore, this hotel is located within a short walking distance to the main square and to the nearest bus stop, making transportation easy. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a super central location, Das Alpenhaus Gasteinertal, and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with the ski lift within walking distance and a bus stop just a minute away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I especially enjoyed the extra activities offered by the hotel, such as yoga classes, meditation, and snowshoe walking. The guide, Mr. Alfred Silbergasser, was experienced and passionate about his work, making the activities even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a wonderful wellness area, making our stay even more relaxing. I would highly recommend Das Alpenhaus Gasteinertal.

The hotel had a great location, right in the centre of town and close to the ski lifts. The mountain view from the room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet had many options including vegan milks and salad products. The spa was relaxing, and the staff was friendly, offering different recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean and had many advantages, such as a large marble bathroom and fruit bowl.

The pillows were uncomfortable for sleeping.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the mountains. the views from our balcony were stunning, and the central location made it easy to explore the area. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the spa was a great place to relax after a day of hiking.

We did have a small issue with the receptionist upon check-in regarding a child not being on the reservation. It put a bit of a damper on the start of our trip.
