The gym and pool facilities were fantastic and well-maintained. Despite a minor issue with the wifi, the friendly staff and overall value for money made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a satisfying stay.

I liked the service provided by the staff.. in fact we had a problem with the air-con the moment we checked-in... we called and immediately maintenance attended to the problem. A while later we heard a slight explode sound from the air-con and again the maintenance with very prompt response attended and told to get a change of room as the motor of the air-con is damaged. Then reservation also did a good job by giving us a room at the same floor in order not to burden us with hassle of moving from floor to floor.. Good service!

Great place for 2 nights in Johor Bahru. Family-friendly hotel. The continental breakfast suits us well. Our family suite was good sized. Would come there again. The property met the demands.

Location - particularly good not far from KSL mall & Avery-store which open till midnight, shopping center, night spot and restaurant and city area. Also, easy to access JB City Square in 2-3 minutes by Taxi. The room was new-fashioned and newly remodelled, attentive staff. Magnificent view, friendly service, very comfy beds.
