Impressively set in the picturesque setting in the Mayan Riviera, the five-star Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa offers easy access to Playa del Carmen and the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean Sea.
Distinguished by the design built in perfect harmony with the natural environment of the area, this contemporary resort offers all-inclusive program including free wireless high speed internet service, a spa and wellness center and complimentary parking on site.
There are 324 tastefully appointed guestrooms inspired by Spanish colonial style and featuring satellite TV with internal pay-per-view movie channel, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Most rooms boast spectacular views over the garden.
The hotel has eight sumptuous a la carte theme restaurants (Mexican, Japanese, Mediterranean Italian, Chinese and international cuisines, and Steak and Grill/Barbecue Houses), five buffet-style restaurants with show cooking as well as 26 bars around the complex.

Just an overall great place, very nice grounds, nice lobby, pool, beach and most staff were very willing and pleasant. The toilet, sink and tub all had good water flow and pressure and did not plug up, the food was lovely too, the portions aren’t too big.

Wonderful place and staff mostly friendly. We preferred the room and vibe better over there, service in bars is, on the whole, excellent, best buffets encountered after a dozen stays at Cancun A. The beer wasn't too bad and pool is great.

Some additional tips on this very good hotel, staff always helpful and we used the small private pool closer to the rooms. Not exactly a gourmet meal, tried the steakhose , mediterannean, Italian, and porifino all excellent, beautiful facilities.

Hotel staff mostly helpful and friendly, good waitress service. Beautiful water, super food and the pools are huge at the resort and are kept very clean.

Really amazing place, maid service was good and signal got better the closer to Playa del Carmen. Food at the resort was excellent wide variet of choice.
The pools aren't heated as far as i could tell and the sea was warmer, the beer was just never cold.

Lovely shops to look at and no clock in room, just an I pod docking station. This hotel is amazing, the ocean is gorgeous and staff are great and try hard to please. The mayan suites are fabulous, the food is good for you’re paying and getting, the pools are beautiful, and very clean.

Great walks along the beach and nice location. This hotel was fine and steak house had excellent fillet tips. Bartenders in lobby and at all the bars were fantastic, service was wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and all the restaurants were pretty good.

Nice beach to walk on and great area to snorkel as well. This place is fantastic, staff are generally friendly and helpful, the Mayan Suites are huge and have an outdoor shower. Food is always available, the pools are awesome.

The sea and beach were amazing, the Activities area was really cool for the kids. The hotel and the whole complex were spotless, the ala carte restaurant seating style was interesting. Service was wonderful as well, bed was comfortable and the mini bar was nice to have, bottles of water were very big. Food was very good, the beers were always ice cold and tasted great, the Spa was excellent.

The beach was amazing, the sea crystal clear and warm, staff at sailing and snorkeling centers were really nice and very helpful. The food was good was the highlight of our stay, as a rule, service was excellent and the bed was much better after that and we had no trouble sleeping. Drinks were strong, the cocktails were exquiste as well and the pool was great.
