  We were greeting with Rum Punch and staff dancing in the front lobby. Check in was very quick and the staff took you luggage to your room. Our room was a disapointment, I paid for a garden view room, and we got a room in block 2 with a view of construction and contruction garbage, our patio door would not open(my hubby smokes) and our shower was just a trickle of water. I complained to the front desk and the wrote our name on a piece of paper to requst a room change if one came free. So the next morning we talked to our Sunwing representitive and he quickly brought us down to the front desk and told them how unhappy we were and how unexecptable this was! The staff told us that he would have a new room available A. The bell boy took me to go see the new room while my husband pack up our things. We found out the next day that our new room had no air conditioning, they came right away to fix it, and by the 2nd day it still didn't work so the moved us again right across the hall! I found breakfast the best at windows, you could always get fresh bacon, scrambled eggs, or omletts made to order, and the fresh orange juice is amazing.

• Staff on Reception were very helpful, nothing was a problem to them. The Beach restaurant and snack bar also excellent.

  Especially Carlita the House keeper and Ernest the Receptionist! You will hear a bunch of bad reviews about the rooms to be honest with you i didnt rele find anything wrong except for the fact it smelt kinda funny and the only reason they are rebuilding areas of the resort are to make it better for the guests so please stop complaining! There are tons of stuff for kids to do at night and during the day they have a movie theater, a play station room, pool tables, volleyball nets in the pool and out, they have a playground for the little kids and for the adults they have a spa and gym!

  The only bad thing i can say about this place is that if you DONT rent one of the safes it is very likely a housekeeper might steal one of your possessions.

  i loved this hotel and will stay here again, teh service was wonderful the waiters, reception, everyone had a smile when they served you, what you asked for you got immediately and with a smile i plan on going there agan with family, the hotel was clean the food was wonderful and the hotel is better than pictured. 5 pools bars everywhere, and punta cana beautiful country

  We were watching one couple through the window at the casino and tried to warn them not to play and after they lost $4000 and walked out of the casino visibly upset we saw the dealer laughing with the pit boss. The swim up bar Bartender, Juan, was amazing and had a great time with the customers. The American grill was AMAZING and we ate there twice during our stay. The service was top notch and the food was by far the best on the resort. The food at the windows buffet was great, you had to pick through to find the stuff you liked but over all it was good.

  The room (building 7, Ocean View RM#7220) was very clean. The pool beside building 7 was clean and clear (as were all of the pools) and it seemed to be a few degrees cooler than the others. The ocean water is extrememly clear and warm. Also, even though I dont believe the beach is designed for topless, I believe I probably saw around 800 pairs of breasts on the beach while I was there. The maids provide you with 3 very large bottles of water to drink.

  It was usually only about 10 degrees cooler in the room than compared to outside, and it's hot outside. We were without hot water at all during one of the days we were there.

  I contacted Carin several times before we arrived to ensure we got "hooked" up with the best room and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! We absolutely loved the fact that we could walk out of our sliding door and have the pool only a couple of feet in front of us. If you have young children that nap during the day, this is the most ideal location! The kids had a lot of fun building sand castles and just playing in the water. I would recommend contacting the hotel before arrival and try getting a renovated room.

  Our kids would get tired mid-day and we would head back and still enjoy the rest of the day in the sun and by the pool with our kids in clear sight!

  You felt that you had to tip everyone for good service, even though it is all inclusive. I know I have a few concerns, but the people were very friendly and I couldn't get over how clean it was.

  NO HOT WATER, and no water pressure (2 days)…When we inquired, we were hung up on by the front desk staff.

  First the staff in general very friendly, from housekeeping to waiters. The room was very comfortable and clean, like I've rarely seen before in other hotels.
