  The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, the 24 hour room service was good as well and very handy. The Mexican restaurant was amazing and wonderfully presented on different dishes.

  Oh and 24 hour room service thats awesome, good food, and the Italian at dinner best pizza ever. Cheap alcohol and great pools.

  This hotel is no near being brand new and the beach is very beautiful not rocky at all. Front desk no help we had problem.

  The Grand Oasis Playa had a great beach and a great view from the pool, the extra cost for the segways was definitely worth, resturant staff were all very nice. The room was clean and the Sushi Bar was good as well. The food was very exceptional.

  The activities in Cancun great and staff Very Nice. The room was beautiful, very clean spacious and the sushi bar was good as well. The a la carte restaurants were delicious.

  This hotel the worst of the oasis hotels and excellent service. Nice rooms, as for the food was pretty good and the pools were great.

  The hotel was very beautiful and clean, very friendly and the entertainment staff were brilliant, rooms were nice and were cleaned daily. The food was very good.

  The hotel paid for a cab, and took us to the Grand Oasis Playa, the front desk staff were friendly. Room was functional, the food was fine, the drinks were fine and the service was great.

  The beach and pool was amazing, and the ocean view was really worth ; the lagoon isn't much to look at. Breakfast was my most enjoyable meal at the hotel and staff were friendly. Our room was incredible, bars were great and the buffet was always excellent as was the pizza. The fruit was soooo fresh, the Brazilian steakhouse was very good and the service was second to none.

  The beach bar was nice freddy and ernesto were awesome, the hotel was kept up very well, the staff were all amazing, kind. The room was great, food was pretty good and the pools were large and appeared to be clean.

  The ocean front beach was absolutely amazing, the hotel overall was very good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning worked great and our food was fine.

  The beach is great and the three pools are very clean, chichen Itza is well worth a visit and the Jungle trip. The rooms are big, have air conditioning, hairdryer and a big bathroom.

  Well worth for the view and the patio, an excellent value, the hospitality of the staff were fantastic. The room service was good and the drinks were great. The pools were amazing and sparkling.
