Absolutely lovely staff, had very positive stay!!!

The hotel was placed in the central location perfect to roam around Dubai attractions.

The daily breakfast was lovely and great with the very good, a drink of AED 39- plus cheese. The location was marvellous and easy, adjacent to Very close to many attractions in Dubai like Palm jomirah, in a great area.

Had a fantastic stay for business trip, nothing to complain about. Everything was awesome, super staff, exceptionally good views of Dubai skyline. The location was marvellous and super in the lovely area. Very close to a subway station, it was a plus.

The room was scenic, moreover excellent with nice view. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were a huge plus. It had central location close to The Palladium;)))

Great location near metro, polite staff, good breakfast with diverse options. Clean and quiet room, spacious one-bedroom apartment suitable for small families. Friendly and helpful staff, sea view room, fantastic food at Koyla bar. Nice pools, gym, and coffee machine for energy.

Tight everything. Metro near by and fast in the city. and again, the pesnal were very very nice... and the price was good

I was very pleased with my choice of this apt. The persnals were super friendly too.

We had three days for Dubai, important for us: Relaxing at the pool, independence from meal times, as well as good traffic connections, because we had a lot of program, all this was possible, great was the small supermarket around the corner, on the way back from the Metro to the hotel and that the Metro was only 100m away (Media Center).

In our booking was the "tourist tax" included. but we were charged again when checking out, my own stupidity, I have not thought of the payment any more.

We had a great time here with friendly staff, beautiful views, and everything was set up perfectly for our trip. It was convenient to have the Sumo Sushi & Bento restaurant within walking distance for lunch. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice added touch.

Spacious rooms with kitchen, cleanliness, location right next to metro, right next to bus to Jumeirah Beach (e.g. bus 88 directly to Burj al Arab or public beach), supermarkets just around the corner, great view from the pool

Too few towels despite complaint, next to 10 lanes of motorway (not loud, but background noise available), shower gel etc. was not delivered, staff at the check in solala regarding the friendliness

It was in a marvellous location not far from Dubai for the first time on a business trip in May'13 as well as grocery shops. It also was to World Trade Center by metro.

Very courteous and accommodating staff, immaculately clean rooms.

Good and unbeatable location, near to cafés and restaurants. Peaceful area. Good choice of above average breakfast options.

All the staff were outstanding, amazing. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with the sofa, stunning view, as example; everyone is welcome here. I had different food for breakfast with water running through the ceiling. A subway station very close to the hotel was really handy.

It's fairly clean with a central location compare to other restaurants. The rooms are really huge and quiet and include a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators...

Lovely staff, spacious rooms, convenient location, excellent in-room facilities, friendly and helpful staff members, quick checkout.

There was nothing I didn't like.

In general, I can say it is Excellent hotel with good location at the middle famous street of Dubai "Sheikh Zayed Street, the level of rooms is more than I expected. I booked a Studio Suite and they upgrade it to be one bedroom apartment which has two bathrooms is a great advantage to have two bathrooms in one bedroom apartment

The main entrance of the hotel is in the service road of the Sheikh Zayed, but since the service road is under construction, they use the back entrance of the hotel (services entrance) Hotel needs more staff in the reception and for housekeeping.
