A 15-minute walk from Dubai Museum. Easy access to khalid bin al waleed tube station about 5 minutes walk. Our experience was nice. Bur Dubai neighbourhood was worth exploring.

Timeliness in getting small issues with room corrected after reporting to reception

The bedsheets and towels needs to be changed,

they are greedy, every day the management was asking for full payment of our 7 night stay. Despite our passports were with them. Strange...

The room was very clean, and nice. The staff were very helpful and made sure you were comfortable, the rooftop pool area was very nice and relaxing, the location was very good, close to the Mall (burjuman).

The hotel transfer was very expensive (taxi costs $30 DH and there transfer was $100 DH), the staff did not speak good english. Washing machine was broken, and took 3 times for someone to figure it out, they just kept turning it on eventually it got replaced.

Very friendly staff and the grocery in the other side of the apartments is a privilege for the residents

.Excellent building but lacking quality and timely maintenance. . Residents need to know that the internet access is limited. Useful and needed web sites such as YouTube are blocked. Download is limited to 24MB.

Excellent location, next to Burjuman Mall and the Khalis Bin Al Walid Metro Station.

TV Channel selection / picture quality is poor. TV sets are outdated.

We stayed for over a week at this hotel and it was really nice. the hotel staff were nice and our apartment was very spacious and clean. We would definatly come back again. It was literally 3 mins from Burjuman centre,

Centrally located, right next to the Metro Station, and easily reachable. Rooms were comfortable, nicely spaced out. Staff was polite. We were also upgraded to a 2 BDR for only Dhs 100 more, the same pice as a 1 BDR + extra bed.

Check in took a very long time even though we had booked the room from a night before in order to avoid this.

The first time we stayed was for one night to check the appartment out. The hot water had not been turned on so we could not bath or shower the children before bed which was a bit disappointing, There was also a caked on spot of poo on the inside of the toilet door that looked like it had been there for some time. We still decided to book again for our four day visit with my parents from New Zealand the following week. The sad thing was we got to Dubai the second time only to be told that the appartment wasn't available (even though it was booked for some time) and that we had been moved to the "5 star" hotel in Media city. I have more to type, but this won't let me...

When we arrived to te hotel we waited 6 hours and then they had problems with our booking. After I complained we got upgrated fight away to a 5 star 2 room suite in media city no extra charges. It was one of our best hotel grand midwest tower. near to marina beach. They also fixed visa even we only stayed 4 days.

there was no wash sink in the kitchen, so had to wash dishes in bathroom-not the greatest-esp if you're from S.A. cause we're really fussy!!!

there bed room is a fake.its 2bed room and a big hall with bed on it

Our safe was very comfortable with luxury surroundings. Due to the nearest train station not being open getting around was a little difficult. Pool and Gym area were of a high standard.

Location, Friendly Staff and facilities in general

Some equipment in rooom and Gym were out of order and were not fixed even on request.
