Spending my Xmas holidays at this hotel was a great decision. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide range of options to satisfy my cravings. The hotel's proximity to public transportation was also a plus, making it easy to explore the area. the gym facilities were well-maintained, allowing for a great workout during my stay.

My only complaint was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms which was a bit disruptive to my sleep.

However, floor tiles in bathroom were broken, so it's not nice especially when you are walking on it.

everything you need, including a parking lot and in-house parking. we enjoyed staff and rooms. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like ajisen ramen that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel itself is luxurious and provides enhanced comfort with its nice pool, sauna, and on-site shop. The bathroom was the most comfortable and clean we've experienced, with a bathtub and shower and a spacious size. We really enjoyed our time here, and the location was perfect in the central tourist area. The hotel provides quality services, including room service, dry cleaning, laundry, tours/ticket assistance. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to family and friends.

After checked in couple hotels with tiny bathroom, this hotel provides the most comfortable and clean bathroom. There is bathtube and shower, bathroom size is very big. The hotel breakfast is expensive. But if you walk about 10 minutes, there are different local food with good price. We spend less than $15 CNY for different kind of food.( I suggest you to buy then take them back to hotel, enjoy it with a cup of hot tea/coffee) It is not Bund area, it cost $180 CNY by taxi to PVG airport

Hello, we met difficulties in the hotel to access to the facilities like the SPA and Swiminpool.. In the SPA,we asked for a massage but no one speak english and the personal didn't understand our request while it was indicated on a document.. The worst is the réception recommanded us to go to the SPA at a hotel closed to the grand mercure!!!!Finally we didn't do it...Inacceptable in a such hotel to do that and to have no one speaking english.. Other issue at the swimmingpool :no access if you don't have any cap ..but other peaple were inside without..We understood it depends if you're member or not indeed..Personally,it's unfair..And we didn't try the Swimingpool

We stayed in a hotel located in the outer suburbs. Although it was far from the city center, it was preferable to taking the metro. The hotel was very near to all sight seeing places in the city. The room was generally comfortable, the breakfast was quite good, and the gym was acceptable. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was not convenient for those who wanted to spend time in the city center.

I had a fantastic stay at Baolong Hotel. The room on the 18th floor was amazing, with fantastic furniture and impeccable conditions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The hotel lobby and lounge were truly impressive, and I enjoyed the live music and singing in English. As an Accor member, I received a warm welcome with a pot of Lipton tea. The breakfast had a good variety of options, especially if you enjoy Chinese food. The hotel's location was not in the city center but was convenient because transportation was provided for tour groups. I'll highly recommend this hotel.
