The location was favourable, only 5 minutes walk to Shilla Duty Free. The staff was very generous, offered concierge service and wake up calls free of charge. I thoroughly enjoyed the French-style building, family-friendly and recently refurbished room.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The location of Maison Glad is perfect, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a sofa. The hotel also has two levels of parking for convenience. There were also a variety of TV shows available for entertainment.

Although the hotel had a swimming pool, access was quite expensive at 20,000 won per person. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had limited options for vegetarians and was repetitive.

Modern hotel in a central location with nice staff from the front desk officers to the housekeeper and bellboys. The rooms with uninterrupted WiFi and good sized beds and big windows.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the prices were reasonable and provided good value for money. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with modern decor and dark wood floors. I especially loved the big windows that afforded a nice view of the swimming pool. The hotel's location in the center of the city was also very convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance.

They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The rooms were lovely, with big windows that offered a great view, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. And let's not forget about the breakfast! The variety and quality of the food were top-notch. this hotel provided an excellent experience.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, modern and comfortable with uninterrupted wifi. The central location made it perfect to hop on a shuttle bus to the airport or to explore the island. We also liked that the hotel had many facilities such as a convenience store in the lobby, free parking and easy access to good restaurants.

Not obvious to find.

Our family of four enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this conveniently located hotel. Being close to the airport allowed us quick transport to the hotel for a rest before exploring the city, and the airport shuttle was an added bonus. This central location also provided us with easy access to an array of delicious local restaurants. our children loved the proximity to the shops, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials during our stay. The beautifully furnished rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a wonderful view over the area.

The customer service could have been more helpful and attentive during our stay.

Easter at the hotel was a delight! The pool and sun deck were great for lounging and splashing around. We also enjoyed the convenience of having plenty of local restaurants nearby and key attractions within walking distance. The family suite we stayed in was a real treat, with direct access to the lawn and pool, making it easy to keep an eye on our kids while they played.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue. The staff didn't speak much English, which made it difficult to communicate and even book a massage over the phone.

The Spa lounge offers beauty treatments, massages, and a Jacuzzi, while the Infinity pool, Heated swimming pool. With a Poolside snack bar, Bar/ Lounge area, Picnic area/ Tables, and Outdoor dining area, this hotel offers a perfect outdoor dining experience. Dining options include Dinner, Packed lunches, and Special diet menus. The private facilities and location advantages made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor issue was a lack of beach umbrellas at the Seasonal outdoor pool. Despite that, it didn't affect my experience at all.
