  Perfect room, restaurants, service, location, good Tourist Hotel and cool front entrance, somewhat nice interior. The staff were amazing and shower was great. Spa were wonderful as well.

  Great fitness centre, good restaurants jazz bar, Tokyo is beautiful and the staff here is top notch as well. The shower is amazing and the pool is incredible and is super clean.

  The shower and bathroom areas are amazing, the bed was large and luxurious, hotel is fantastic. Staff is super friendly and rooms are quiet. Dvd player is a great plus and the service is all the restaurants and at the club lounge is excellent. Japanese certainly knows to make good souvenirs, the Spa is beautiful.

  The location is hard to beat, and the staff and rooms were great, the hotel itself is wonderful, complimentary water bottles are placed on each side of the bed. Food is very good.

  The view from the room is awesome and the concierge are amazing to plan the rest of your stay in Japan. Service is always great, the tubs are huge and the restaurants serve fantastic food.

  Very comfortable hotel in a very good location, great service and the fitness room is free tho. Its restaurants are amazing.

  Tokyo is not a pleasant city, breakfast options nearby are limited.

  The rooms decor is beautiful and the hotel restaurants are all fantastic, the staff is amazing and will do pretty much anything for you, all the furniture are super nice.
